Responsibilities

• Under supervision, the candidate will:
• Review diagnostics and assess system functionality and efficiency
• Implement and monitor security measures and company compliance
• Provide local end-user support
• Perform infrastructure support
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of users
• Support configuration tasks
• Install/uninstall computer and mobile clients
• Handle service management and lifecycle support
• Manage tickets for local support
• Ensure network and systems security and privacy
• Customer service in engineering environments
• Troubleshooting and decision-making skills
• Internal tools and process improvements
• Interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills
• Use of online reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

• Skilled/Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
• Understanding of IT Service Management
• Experience with IT support on digital platforms
